Terms and Conditions
1. Ownership and Organization
Desertland Adventure is an Internet domain owned by DESERTLAND ADVENTURE EIRL with RUC 20609477521, domiciled at General San Martin Mz 1 Lt 24 Ica – Pisco – Paracas, acting as ORGANIZER AND RETAILER.
2. Registrations and Reservations
The reservation of any trip implies full acceptance of these general conditions. To formalize your reservation, the following is required:
- A 50% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 calendar days before departure.
- If payment is not completed within the period, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal by the client, and the corresponding cancellation costs will apply.
3. Withdrawal and Penalties
If the client withdraws from the contracted services, they will have the right to a refund of the amounts paid, but must compensate the Agency for management and cancellation costs, in addition to a penalty based on how far in advance notice is given:
4. Documentation and Presentation
It is the sole responsibility of the client to have the official documents (ID, Passport, Visas) necessary for the trip. The agency is not responsible for any denial of entry or immigration problems.
Presentation: It is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours early at airports and reconfirm schedules with the agency 48 hours before departure.
5. Modifications
If the Agency is forced to modify essential elements of the trip before departure, it will inform the client. The client may terminate the contract with a full refund or accept the modification. No compensation will be provided in cases of force majeure or if the minimum number of people required is not met.
